Conferring titles like 'Ḥassān al-Hind' on na‘t reciters

In this era can we call Hassan ul Hind Any Sanakhwan e Mustafa From India or any other country who is sanakhwan e Mustafa?

There is no harm in using terms of praise and praiseworthy titles for sharī`ah-abiding poets who write and recite na`t sharīf and Allāh Ta`ālā knows best.
